I have expertise in a wide range of legislative and administrative policy areas.

As Principle Consultant to California’s Senate Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee, I have dealt extensively with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the boards and bureaus under its jurisdiction.  In addition, I was the primary legislative consultant for Weights and Measures issues, as well as junk dealer and second hand goods legislation.

As Chief of the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau for the California Department of Consumer Affairs I am experienced in all Administrative processes, including disciplinary accusations, settlement of disciplinary matters, citations and fines, licensing issues and disciplinary investigations.
